ATTORNEYS
S. Scott Perkins, Esq. is a principal of Perkins and Perkins
and a lifelong resident of Saratoga County. A graduate of
Colgate University with a degree in political science, Mr.
Perkins received his Juris Doctor degree from Franklin
Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire. He has
successfully litigated to judgment over 1,500 court
proceedings in over twenty-five years of practicing law. As
a continuing legal education lecturer, Mr. Perkins has
trained attorneys and real estate professionals in
landlord/tenant law. He is also active in civic and community
affairs, having served as counsel to the New York State
Jaycees, Saratoga Springs Charter Revision Commission, and
the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority. Mr. Perkins has
served on the boards of the Saratoga County YMCA, AAA
Northway and the Saratoga County Historical Society's Brookside
Museum, and as a volunteer youth baseball,
basketball and wrestling coach.

Cindy Leadley Perkins, Esq. is of counsel to Perkins and
Perkins and a former principal of the firm. A native of the
Adirondack region, Mrs. Perkins is a graduate of Harpur
College of Binghamton University, holding degrees in
political science and history. She attended Franklin Pierce
Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, completing her legal
education through clerkship under the auspices of the New
York State Court of Appeals. In 1984, Mrs. Perkins was
awarded Pierce Law's first Citation of Outstanding
Achievement in recognition of her exceptional professional
accomplishment. She assists the firm with matters relating
to probate and estate administration, real estate
transactions and business issues.
